Booking should take seconds
If a player can't pick a slot and pay in under a minute, we haven't finished the job.
CourtZync started with a simple frustration: running a court shouldn't require a spreadsheet, three messaging apps, and a pile of paper receipts. So we built the platform we wished existed — booking, open play, community, and operations, all in one place.
We're a small, focused team of sports fans and software builders. We work with court owners across Southeast Asia every day — from single-court pickleball clubs to multi-venue padel franchises — and every feature we ship is a direct answer to a real problem they told us about.
We started CourtZync in late 2023 after watching a club owner in Quezon City juggle fourteen simultaneous Messenger threads just to fill a Saturday night. Two weeks later, we'd built the first version in his back office.
If a club owner has to refresh a spreadsheet to know if a court is free, we've failed. — The CourtZync team
We believe a booking system should feel invisible. Players should be able to pick a slot and pay in under a minute. Admins should be able to see their day at a glance, on any device, from anywhere. And the community around your facility — the regulars, the open-play crews, the leagues — should be able to grow inside the same platform that runs your courts.
If you're tired of juggling tools, we'd love to show you what CourtZync can do. Send us a note — we read every message.

The court is where it happens — the app is just what gets people there.
Your bookings are your revenue. We don't take a cut — ever.
Every booking, message, and record is yours to export. No lock-in, no ransom.
"We went from a spreadsheet to 40 online bookings a week in the first month. Setup took one afternoon."
